Adetoun Oyewole is one of many inspirational women technologists at Broadridge. She is being recognized in Broadridge's Women in Technology campaign - and we are proud to celebrate her.
When asked where she finds inspiration, Adetoun Oyewole says, “From everyone and everything. I’m always looking through a curious and ever-learning perspective.” So, it’s no surprise that her advice to women looking for a role in technology is to be curious and ask lots of questions. That helps ensure “no assumptions are made, and decisions are based on accurate details. Technology, is simply looking at things through the lens of curiosity. Afterall, if there was no curiosity surrounding making things faster, better, or more efficient where would we be?” In terms of her work at Broadridge, Adetoun says she looks forward to implementing transformational advances in technology. In celebration of Women’s History Month, Broadridge is recognizing 20 women technologists across our organization. We have the honor to work with many inspirational women, including Sumita Ohri.
Sumita Ohri celebrates that Broadridge is in a unique position to provide Data and Analytics solutions to the financial services industry. For example, we are leveraging proprietary data sets, Machine Learning, and a view of macroeconomic factors to build models to predict growth in specific products. “It’s an exciting time to be in technology, especially at Broadridge,” she says. Sumita finds satisfaction in creating innovative technology solutions. She shares, “It’s rewarding to see the results of hard work when clients benefit from our products.” For inspiration, Sumita looks to women who held leadership roles in the past as they have usually “traversed a more difficult path.” Sumita says, “If they could do it, so can I.” Read Sumita's story and meet our Women In Technology honorees. https://lnkd.in/eFU6CURU #WomenInTechnology #WomensHistoryMonth #InspireInclusion #WomenInTech
